Orders can be cancelled or modified without penalty within 24 hours of submission, provided they are still in an unprocessed status. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation or modification, as the order may have already entered the processing stage. However, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any costs associated with intercepting the package.

Yes, free exchanges are available for most products within 30 days of receipt. Simply let us know the item you’d like to exchange for, and we’ll guide you through the process.
After 30 days of receipt, returns and exchanges are no longer free.
For non-quality related exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item to us. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.
If the exchange is due to a confirmed defect or shipping damage, we will cover all shipping costs.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact our support team to update your shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, address changes may not be successful and could $149 receiving cost.

No. Our theater seats are designed for easy setup, so you won’t need any third-party technicians. Thanks to their modular design, a standard unit can be unpacked and ready to use in under 15 minutes—no tools required.
By skipping the White Glove service, we’re also able to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders.
